Scoutline Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10/2/2026

Scoutline is operated by ATR Active Military and Veteran Consultant, LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Scoutline app and website, and how you control it.

What we collect

We keep the information you give us to run your account — nothing more.

  • Account details: your name and email address, from the sign-in method you choose (email, Google, Microsoft, Facebook or Apple).
  • What you save: benefits you save, the status you set for each application, checklist items and any notes you add.
  • We do not collect your device location, contacts, photos, Social Security number or military records.

How we use it

Only to run the app: to sign you in, show your saved benefits and checklists, and send reminders you ask for. We do not sell your information, show ads or track you across other apps and websites.

Who can see it

Only you. Your saved items are private to your account. Our hosting provider (Base44) and your chosen sign-in provider process data on our behalf to run the service. We disclose information only if the law requires it.

Links to other sites

Scoutline links to official sites such as VA.gov. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Deleting your data

Delete your account anytime in Settings > Delete account. This removes your account and everything you saved.

You can also email info@scoutlinevets.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.

Children

Scoutline is meant for adults 18 and older and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Not a government app

Scoutline is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense or any government agency.

Changes and contact

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. Questions: info@scoutlinevets.com.
